Day 1 - Arrival, Welcome to Ghana!
Akwaaba {welcome) to Ghana!
On arrival at Kotoka International Airport Accra, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel.
There are no activities planned today as most flights arrive in the evening and our aim is to transfer you to your hotel, check you in for you to be able to relax.


DAY 2 Accra
Your first full day in Ghana and an exciting day lies ahead! Start your day off with breakfast at your hotel. Next, we will explore Accra by visiting National Museum, Black Star Gate, Independence Square, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and James Town. There will be time to do some shopping for African fabrics and purchase some custom attire.
DAY 3 Accra Plains
Today after breakfast you will check out of hotel to being our journey to Kumasi.
Today’s journey will take us into the beautiful Akuapem Hills to interact with the Krobo people and learn the art of making African beads the traditional method and later visit a craft market village where traditional African drums, sculptures and other crafts have been carved for generations.


DAY 4 & 5 Kumasi
After a relaxing breakfast your days will be spent exploring culture and history awaits you!
While in Kumasi you will visit Manhyia Palace, home of the Asantehene, King of the Ashanti's and ruler of the Asanteman Kingdom along with one of the largest outdoor markets in West Africa.
You will visit the remains of the great Asante Empire which is now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, visit a traditional village that was the birth place of the Kente cloth, and visit a village to learn how skilled craftsmen produce brass works of art.
During the evenings you have the option of relaxing at your hotel, or you can join your guide and driver, heading into town to experience Kumasi nightlife.
DAY 6 Elmina / Cape Coast
After breakfast you will head toward Elmina. DAY 7 - Kakum National Park
Today will be an action-packed day! This is an early day starting at sunrise with breakfast on the beachfront. Adventure awaits as you will be visiting Africa's world-famous rainforest canopy walkway Kakum National Park. The walkway consists of 7 bridges, attached to 7 emerging trees, 40 metres above the rainforest floor. Prepare to take a deep breath as you walk the suspended bridges.
Surviving the canopy walk you will set off to visit a local village for a celebratory Traditional Naming Ceremony!
DAY 8
It is time for a bit of relaxation! You will have a relaxing morning to enjoy the facilities of our accommodation, maybe go for a swim, relax on the beach, or just enjoy our final morning at this beautiful location.
After lunch, we will visit the castle and make our way back to Accra.


DAY 8 - Good-Bye Ghana
With this being your last day in Ghana you will have your final city tour of Accra! You will visit the DuBois Centre, an Artist Alliance Gallery where you will see contemporary art and artifacts ranging fr om paintings, carvings, furniture, jewelry, fabrics, and photography from all of Ghana, you also visit Fantasy Coffins wh ere you will see a variety of coffin designs, then you will have some final time for some last minute shopping before being transported to Kotoka International Airport Accra for your return departure home!
